The list is here for two reasons. First, you might simply prefer working with someone other than me. Different personality, different time zone, different style. Any of these folks will treat you right, and I'd rather you work with one of them than not get the design done well.
Second, the uncomfortable one, so I'll say it plainly: if the day comes that I'm not around to service your policy, you shouldn't have to start over with a stranger who's never seen a high cash value design. Anyone on this page can pick up your case and know exactly what they're looking at and why it was built that way. That's part of the plan too.
