This started with a passion for optimizing cash flow. Initially, by stretching our dollars through penny pinching and cutting coupons. It took me awhile to realize financial freedom wasn't going to happen by cutting. I needed to grow. To grow, I needed to optimize. Free up the cash flow, as I teach in Dynamic Banking. And I needed to put that extra cash flow to work building a strong financial base that offers true financial freedom.
I didn't come to this from finance, though I do have a knack for numbers. I built and ran a small pressure washing and window cleaning business, carried the same mortgages and lines of credit most families do, and learned the strategy I teach now one practical step at a time. That background is why my approach starts with cash flow anyone can fix rather than with a product pitch.
Through my YouTube channel and the Life Insurance Financial Education Podcast, I've recorded more than four hundred videos, with millions of views, pulling back the curtain on cash value life insurance and how it fits into a complete financial picture. I own both whole life and indexed universal life policies myself, designed for high cash value and low expense, the same way I recommend to clients.
